"This is our groups second year staying at Nick’s retreat and we had an amazing time. We are a large family group who travel from Ontario and Quebec and have a bunch of little ones. Everyone has a blast. There’s plenty of room for everyone to eat, sleep and gather. The accommodations are super clean and well organized and there is everything you need there (plates, cutlery, cookware, bedding and towels). The neighbour has wood for sale and he is super lovely! He came by without us having to reach out to offer for us to buy firewood.
We will absolutely be back!! Thank you for having us "

Had an amazing time lots of really good trails accommodations were over the top better than expected . Lots of room for nine guys or more There was lots of room hot showers extremely clean facilities close to the trails. Definitely a must stay if your ATV being up in that region little bit of a road run up to Madawaska but worth the trip. Thanks again Nick for having us we will definitely be returning.

This is the fourth year that I spend some of my summer vacation at Nick’s retreat. This place is perfect for our group as you can have endless space for the children and teens to spend time together and parents to have long conversations either at the outdoor kitchen or the fire place. Also, the beaches around are spectacular. A beautiful combination of natural beauty with lakes , forests and public parks in very short driving distances. We enjoy fishing and hiking in the nearby lakes. Nick’s retreat is our first choice when we plan our group summer for 4-5 families. Nick is always very welcoming and makes our stay like very easy. I would strongly recommend! If you want to book, contact Nick in early January as the place gets booked pretty quickly!

Been staying here for the last 2 years for our annual cousin trip & would recommend to anyone. Such a great location and plenty of room with the main house and common area. The cabins are cozy and perfect for everyone to have their own space! Nicks retreat is awesome and we will be going there for years to come!!
