At Nick's Retreat, we believe in offering simple, transparent pricing with no hidden surprises. Whether you're planning a quiet weekend getaway, a family vacation, a fishing trip, an ATV adventure, or a larger gathering with friends, our year-round Northern Ontario cottage offers exceptional value in every season.
Nightly Rates
From just $180 per night for up to four guests.
Our nightly rate is $180.00 per night and includes accommodation for up to four (4) guests.
Additional guests are $55.00 per person, per night.
HST (13%) is additional and applies to all bookings.
Maximum Occupancy
Winter (December–March): Maximum of 6 guests
Spring, Summer & Fall (April–November): Maximum of 18 guests
Our flexible pricing allows smaller groups to enjoy an affordable getaway while providing plenty of space for larger family vacations, reunions, fishing trips, ATV weekends, snowmobile adventures, and outdoor retreats.

That's only $57.63 per person, per night, making Nick's Retreat an affordable option for larger families and groups looking to experience everything the Madawaska and Algonquin Park area has to offer.
Accommodation Included with Your Stay
To help keep our rates affordable for both small and large groups, the buildings included with your stay are based on the number of registered guests in your reservation.
As your group size increases, additional buildings are opened to provide extra sleeping space, privacy, and amenities.

Need additional space?
Additional buildings may be made available for smaller groups upon request, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
Deposit & Final Payment
A one-night, non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance for your stay is due two (2) weeks prior to your arrival date.
If your reservation is made within two weeks of your arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Deposits and final payments can be conveniently made by INTERAC e-Transfer.

We offer weekly rentals throughout the year, and monthly rentals are available during the winter season only.
If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay while working in the area, escaping the city for a few months, or simply enjoying a peaceful Northern
Ontario winter, Nick's Retreat offers fantastic monthly rates from December through April.
Our extended winter stays provide an affordable way to enjoy everything Northern Ontario has to offer while experiencing the comfort and privacy of your own fully furnished cottage.

These times allow us to thoroughly clean and prepare the property so every guest arrives at a clean, comfortable, and welcoming cottage.
Minimum Stay Requirements
A two-night minimum stay applies to all standard bookings during the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons.
Long weekends require a minimum three-night reservation. Guests booking holiday weekends are required to reserve the entire long weekend.
A three-night minimum stay applies to standard bookings during the Winter Season.
